Willard Noyes, M.D., F.A.C.S. is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and has nearly 16 years of experience in private practice. He joined Advocate Medical Group after practicing for many years at Carle Clinic in Bloomington, Illinois. Dr. Noyes earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his residency at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, MN.


Dr. Noyes cares for children and adults with medical and surgical problems involving the ears, nose, and throat. His areas of interest include, general ENT, thyroid/parathyroid disease, sinus disease, functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, skin cancer reconstruction, vocal disorders, hearing loss, snoring, obstructive sleep apnea and facial plastic surgery.


Dr. Noyes is accepting new patients and welcomes former patients..  


He is an in-network provider for most insurances, including Health Alliance and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
